Join us at the Prisma Health Welcome Center at Unity Park for a special Juneteenth celebration featuring inspiring speakers, poetry, music and more! The celebration begins at 4 p.m. at Unity Park Friday, June 16. 

Juneteenth is in partnership with the Urban league of the Upstate, the Greenville section of National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).

Juneteenth Essay Contest

The Juneteenth Essay Contest presented by the Greenville County Section of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Two winners will receive a $500 scholarship that will be announced during the Juneteenth at Unity Park event at 4 p.m. Friday, June 16.
