TD Center Stream Stabilization

The TD Center project iwas a bank stabilization project that utilized natural channel design principles ato enhance the water quality in a degraded section of stream immediately downstream of the convention center and airport development. Construction included pipe outlet stabilization, bank grading, and brush mattresses for slope stabilization.

This Stormwater Program project was part of the Richland Creek Water Quality Improvement Master Plan and was funded in part by the US EPA under a section 319 Grant through the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC).
