The Next Trail Connector boardwalk, located at the Cancer Survivors Park, will be closed from Monday, January 8 to Friday, January 26 for new construction. The boardwalk expansion, funded by the Cancer Survivors Park Alliance, will include two new overlooks and additional trellis structures designed to enhance the boardwalk experience. The temporary boardwalk closure will not affect the Swamp Rabbit Trail or the Cancer Survivors Park hours.
